A: They are close - but not exact. They are all rounded off for easy reference online - the plan itself does have exact dimensions, though
A: The plans show the windows, dimensions and a full window schedule. The thumbnail image dimensions are rounded off. The actual interior dimensions of the garage are 19-5" X 19'-8 1/2".
A: The floor joists are 2X10 @ 16" O/C. The ceiling and roof are stick framed.
A: Yes, the ceiling height is 8'-0" but the plan can be modified to suit.
A: Those are actually framed 6'-0"W X 6'-8"H cased openings within bearing walls. We can eliminate them by adding a ceiling beam to replace them if an open kitchen is required.
