Q: The "ceiling "of the lower deck ( the bottom of the upper deck) appears to be closed in in the drawing.Is the upper deck concrete? Or if its wood, how do you get rid of the rain water that falls through the deck boards?
A: The deck is in wood , if you want to close the ceiling underneath (like the image) you will have to install a fiberglass decking on top .
