Previous Q & A
A: The fireplace is currently a direct vent gas fireplace and would vent out of the roof with a flue pipe. If it were changed to a wood burning fireplace likely would not require much of a change, the builder would just have you pick out the fireplace before they frame the house and they can then frame the walls accordingly (likely a bit deeper). Also a wood burning unit requires the flue to stick out of the roof farther so that it drafts correctly, so I would suggest framing in a chimney around the pipe so it looks like a chimney coming out of the roof. But, overall not a real big change.
A: Yes, the 5 set package would be 5 paper copies. They are printed on D-Size paper at 1/4"=1'-0" scale. D-size paper is 24"X36"
A: Yes, It could be changed to do that. Likely you would pull bed. #4 and the m.bedroom forward to match the great room and keep the dining room as a bump-out.
