Previous Q & A
Q:My project involves a full basement. How much of the vaulted living room do i lose for stairwell? What are my options, the large LR is a must.
A:The Living room will be shifted about 3’ frontward with the basement stairs so you will not loose sq footage.
The basement version adds 3' feet to the depth of the cabin and 66 extra square feet to the area due to stair location. (total for basement version is 1296 square feet). Basement Version= width 55'-6 X depth 33'-0" + (8'-4" deck)=41'-4"
