A: Hello, No, square footages include all stud walls. 2x6 exterior walls would make no difference in footages in this case. We could shift the wall between the garage and kitchen/living room by 8", and this would reduce the heated footage to 896 s.f. The garage would gain 8" width, and the kitchen and living room would lose 8" width. The cost to modify the plan would be $175 in addition to the purchase of the plan package, and the 2x6 exterior wall option. Allow 2 to 3 working days. Thanks.
A: Hello, The plan could be customized to remove the garage for $295 in addition to the plan package. Allow 2 weeks or less. The materials list will NOT be updated. We do not offer customized materials lists. We can include a complimentary copy of the materials list from plan 60112, which is very similar to 60115 but with the garage and rear porch eliminated. It would be simple for your builder to add the rear porch materials to the other materials estimate, or just create a new one from scratch. Local lumber store contractor sales also typically have people on staff who create materials list so they can quote projects. Thanks.
