Plan Description
Don’t let this plan’s 20’ width fool you. It more than makes up for it with its long depth, making it ideal for a narrow lot. A two-level porch accents the facade and extends living space outdoors. The great-room’s fireplace makes it ideal for entertaining, while a single column divides it from the dining room. A pantry and cooktop island enhance the efficient kitchen, which borders the breakfast room. From there, a short hallway leads to the double doors of a master suite with a boxed ceiling, full bath, and walk-in closet. Built-in shelves make the second-floor computer area the perfect library for students and bookworms alike. This room connects to two more bedrooms that share their own full bath. This home is designed with a slab foundation.

MISCELLANEOUS DETAILS These are included for many interior and exterior conditions that require more specific information for their construction.
