Plan Description
Designed especially for narrow lot patio home developments, this plan delivers more than expected. It is affordable, energy efficient, open design concept and very compact. The simplistic design is easy on the budget but it delivers the look of a much larger home. 2x6 walls and a host of other energy efficient features cuts the cost of heating and cooling this home in half but with only minimal extra building cost.
