Q: wondering what the ceiling is like, is it vaulted?
A: Thank you for the question. This plan shows a flat ceiling, however, can be vaulted if desired.
Q: what is the difference between the houses that appear to be the same from outside. plan 59391 and Plan72306
A: The footprints and heated SF are the same. Difference is in the Master Bath layouts.
Q: do you have this plan with a garage?
A: Sorry, no it doesn't have a garage. But for not much extra I could add on for you as an option. Could do that for $100 plus plan price. Thanks for the question, Mike

A: The plans do not show a vault however you can easily add one of you want. Mike
