Plan Description
A magnificent circular staircase winds down to greet you as you enter this Tucson style home and circular ceiling details can be found in the entry and dining room to compliment the staircase. The two-story ceiling and fireplace flanked by built-in cabinets in the great room create an atmosphere that’s perfect for entertaining. The spacious kitchen features a large eat-in island and direct access to the formal dining room and laundry. A: Any of our plans can be converted to a slab. However, if you are building in Florida there are some details that will need to be added to your plans that are not part of our standard set. In Florida, they require plans to be stamped and to have some additional structural and framing notes. This is offered by us but for an additional cost. We would need to know your building address to answer this question in more detail.
