4 Bedroom Cottage House Plan, Perfect for Sloping Waterfront Lots
This cottage boasts four bedrooms, two in the basement sharing a three-piece bathroom and games room, a guest bedroom on the main level with a walk-in closet and the vaulted Master Bedroom suite on the totally dedicated upper level over looking the Great Room below.A walk-out basement foundation located under the spacious rear facing deck, is accessed via sliding glass doors through the Games Room which is warmed by a gas fireplace.
The Great Room also boasts a gas fireplace, exposed ceiling beams and a two-story glass rear facing wall opening onto the deck through two sets of French doors.
