Q: What are the ceiling heights in the great room, kitchen and dining room? Also the ceiling height in master bedroom?

A: Regarding the ceiling heights for Plan #99936, the ceiling height is 9'-0" throughout the entire house.

Q: The plan shows stairs, are they going up to a bonus room or down to an optional basement? Can you build this house on a slab? How wide is the narrow part of the porch? What are the deminsions of the gazebo and the deck? Are thed deminsions of the house listed on this page including the porch?

A: The stairs on the plan are going down to the basement. A slab foundation is available for an additional $295.00. The narrowest part of the porch is 4'-0". The gazebo is 10' x 10' and the rear porch is 21'-6" x 9'-0", the overall dimensions are 48' x 58'.
