Q:are these rolled blueprints or are they colored copies, what are the dimensions of the hard copy of the plans. I couldnt find in the descriptions how large they are
A:Rolled prints. Page size = 24" H X 36" W. Typically 11 pages per plan set.

A:The prints are on D-sized (24" X 36") bond grade paper. The dormers are decorative.

A:The Master Bath is 8'-6" X 8'-6".
The W.I.C. is 5'-6" X 5'-10".
Bath 2 is 8'-6" X 5'-0".
Q:Where are the mechanicals located?
A:That is up to the HVAC contractor and the builder / owner and generally depends on the foundation type chosen as well as the actual HVAC system itself. With a full Basement most of the units will be in the basement. With a Crawlspace or Slab foundation most will go in the attic.
Q:Is the Living area vaulted? Plan just says 8' ceilings. If not vaulted what are Dormer's for? Thanks,
A:The dormers are decorative. You can eliminate them if you prefer.
