Question: How tall is upstairs rear wall vs front wall
Answer: Hello! For this plan, the ceiling height is at 8’-0’’ on both levels except for the part that is open to below. Not sure this is what he meant and if not please get back to us with clarification Thanks! Jessica

Question: How will the floor plan change with the slab foundation option? May we have the width expanded by two feet?
Answer: Hello, For the slab foundation the washer and dryer would be on the second floor and the hot water would be underneath the stairs. For the stretch no problem, this can be done. Please call for a modification quote.

Question: Sloped ceiling in the upstairs bedroom? Ceiling heights?
Answer: Good day, Yes the ceiling is slopes in certain areas but the ceiling height goes up to 8’-0’’ Jessica

Question: Can the wall on the right side of the first floor half bath be eliminated without causing a structural problem?
Answer: The right side wall is a bearing wall therefore it would not be possible to eliminate it
