Plan Description

Shingle siding, 2-story heavy craftsman columns and corbels are featured on this craftsman house plan design. And at 1,634 square feet, this 2-story home is a perfect starter home for buyers. The entry opens directly into the great room that is located at the front of the home to your left. The kitchen and dining room are adjacent to the great room to the right of the home behind the garage. Upstairs, the master suite lies to the front of the home with a private porch and two additional bedrooms share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom. The laundry is also located on the second floor for easy access.
