Q: Thanks. I do think the question got lost in translation a bit. I was asking about the height of the roof, not the roof pitch. In one drawing it looks like the main roof is just slightly higher than the front gable, and in the other it looks like it’s much higher. Which drawing is more accurate?
A: I apologize. The secondary image (darker color) seems to be the correct representation. Please see the attached image from the actual blueprints.

Q: There are two renderings of the house on the website. The one with the brown and green siding looks like it has a higher roof than the one with the yellow siding. Which one is right?
A: The roof pitch on the main roof is 12 in 12. It must just be an optical illusion.
