A popular Contemporary style three stall garage plan with a large loft storage space on the second floor. The contemporary or salt box design is a classic. One large 16 foot door and one 8 foot wide door allow parking for up to three vehicles. The storage space or bonus area in the loft is 718 square feet. The roof pitch is 7:12 and is built on a stem wall foundation.What's Included?
