Q:What is included with this plan?
A:This is a full set of plans, IRC 2018 compliant, including an 8" CMU crawl space foundation. This plan is designed with 8" SIPS roof panels for maximum insulation. It has been built with 2X12 rafters at 2-0 oc instead. We have lots of modification inquiries; including pricing a piling foundation, basement foundation, slab foundation, various enlargements, fireplace stove and chimney flue and more. Any of these would constitute a drafting modification charge to complete in accordance with a customer request.
