Q: Does this house have an attic area that can be used for storage? What would be the main difference if going with a trussed roof system instead of a stick frame?
A: Yes, there is attic space. You can access the attic either way(stick built or truss) but stick built would be easier to frame in a disappearing stair access. Truss system, the load bearing walls are on the exterior walls so moving interior walls is easier.
Q: just would like to know where the furnace and the well tank would go thank you nelson mcgarr
A: The furnace is listed on the floor plan as an X next to the coats closet. The water heater is located in the utility closet. I am not sure about the well tank.
