A: The ceiling height is 8', except for the living room and kitchen where there's a cathedral ceiling with a peak height in the center of 10'-10". There's absolutely no problem in modifying the ceiling height to 9' or 10'. If you wish to modify the plans, please let me know and I will send you a price (to do the modifications).
