A: Attached is a rear elevation sketch. We do not share side elevations. This new house plan was designed for a local client and we sold this same design with no modifications to another client who built it in Mississippi. This would make a great lake home!
A: Garage is 28’4” x 22’ each. Elevator inside dimension is 5’ x 4’7”, Right now this kitchen do not have pantry, but you could have modifications done to convert wet bar area to pantry if you do not want wet bar. Changes can also be made to accommodate small storm shelter (6’ x 6’). You can contact our modifications department for a quote at 800-482-0464 ex. 410.
