Q: Where is the upper living area positioned in relation to the first floor?

A: Good morning. Thanks for your inquiry. If you line up the elevator on the first floor with the elevator on the 2nd floor, you can see where the second floor is located. The upstairs balcony will be above the 1st floor outdoor living space.

Q: Do you have ceiling heights for this plan? Are all of the interior walls concrete as well or just the exterior walls? If interior walls are not concrete what size 2x_ is spec'd?

A: Thank you for your inquiry. The first floor exterior walls are concrete (CMU) and the second floor exterior walls are 2x6. The interior walls are a combination of 2x4 and 2x6. Q: I really like this plan a great deal but I do not know if can fit on my lot. The total dimensions are not provided. Could you please provide the totals for the width and depth? I would also like the dimensions of all the rooms that do not have dimensions provided please. Also, if you have dimensions for the outdoor living spaces (excluding the pool/spa) that would be terrific. Do you think it would be possible to add a fireplace somewhere in the great room? A: The overall dimensions are 85’4” wide and 97’4” deep. That does not include the pool area…just the structure. We would be happy to assist with placement on your lot. We would need your survey and setback requirements. There is no charge for this service. Yes, a fireplace can be added to the great room. The cost would be $170 plus the CAD or PDF purchase.
