A: Yes, stucco is acceptable, but I think in your area it will be better to go with siding. Is your choice, and pricewise, I think siding is cheaper.
A: Thank you for your inquiry. The hot water heater would be located in the garage adjacent to the pantry. The HVAC equipment is located outside…adjacent to the pedestrian door of the garage and the laundry room. Please let me know if you have further questions.
