A: The sitting area dimensions are 10'-8 x 8'-2 nominal. The house excluding the porch is 36' x 36'. The porch is 7'-6 deep. Thank for the question. Mike
Q: How deep ae the porches, can they be 8-10 feet? Is the peak dormer necessary, how much would it take away from the home by removing it?
A: The porches are 7'-6 deep. They can be changed to 8' or 10' if you would like. The upper dormer has vents in it. You can take it off but will probably have to go with hip ridge vent for ventilation purposes. The plan can be revised with an added fee to the plan price.
