A: The top plate height of the second floor is 8’ tall. This height is maintained for most of the loft and the office space, however there are two sections of the loft along the wall shared by the office that slope down to a 4’-4” high wall. One section is the side of the loft just on the other side of the storage closet in the office and the other is in the bathroom along the back wall.
A: This garage is currently designed with a roof live load of 65psf and a deck live load of 60psf. We can go through and review the garage for heavy snow loads.
