A: See plan 59987 for the basement version. It comes with a full basement, non walkout type. The basement is the same size and shape as the heated/cooled portions of the main floor. Basement comes as unfinished empty space with 9' tall poured in place concrete exterior walls. Thanks.
A: Hello, We have attached the rear and left side view, as well as the birds eye view of the roof for your review. The steeper roof slopes are used to create an attractive horizontal ridge line when viewing the house from the front. If all the roof slopes were changed to 8/12, the front porch roof would come to a point (like a triangle shape) which is not considered attractive by most people. Thanks. Modification Department Stephen Mathis, CPBD
View Attached FileA: The front and back is 8:12. The sides are 12:12. The sides of the front porch are 14:12 and the back porch is 4:12. Thanks!
A: Hello, Yes, there is an attic. Attic means the space between the ceiling and the roof.... If you are asking if this house has a floored, useable second floor, the answer is no. The dormers are decorative only. They are not open to anything except the attic. They can easily be left off by just telling the builder to delete them. Each dormer costs about $1000 to build, so its common to delete those..
