Ranch House Plan With Rear 2 Car Garage

Ranch House Plan 60137 welcomes you with a charming front porch which stretches 34 feet wide by 6 feet deep. Picture your first impression to guests: choose colorful potted flowers to line the porch or simple hanging greenery. The choice is yours! White vertical siding looks great with black shingles, red brick, and natural wooden porch columns. Furthermore, the curb appeal does not suffer from garage doors because this design has the garage in the rear. Specifically, it's a two bay garage in the rear of the home, and the doors open to the right side of the house. In total, this new construction plan has 1800 square feet of living space, 3 bedrooms, and 2.5 bathrooms.

Ranch House Plan With Gas Log Fireplace

Ranch House Plan 60137 is open and inviting. Firstly, in entering the front door, you immediately feel the openness of the great room, kitchen, and dining area. The vaulted ceilings and gas log fireplace in the great room add to that open, inviting feeling. Arrange plush furniture around the fireplace and put your favorite family photos on the surrounding built-ins. The kitchen features an island with an eating bar which measures 7 feet wide by 3 feet deep. Install your microwave into the island so that you can have the luxury range hood above the stove that you always wanted.

Secondly, this plan includes a back covered porch which opens into the 2 car garage. This way, it's easy to navigate in and out of the garage when you're toting gardening supplies around the back yard. Back to the porch though—it measures a whopping 33'10 wide by 8' deep, so now is the time to buy your dream grill. Trust us, you will spend a lot of time out there perfecting your steaks. When the weather is fine, share a meal on a picnic bench on the porch. When the weather is not so fine, that's ok because your kitchen includes an eating area right there in the shared living space.

Combination Pantry and Laundry Room

Thirdly, storage is sprinkled conveniently all over Ranch House Plan 60137. For example, included off of the entry is a spacious laundry room and large walk in pantry.
