Q:What is square footage when basement stairs included?
A:The basement version is 1843 s.f. heated. The laundry and storage gain approx. 1' depth, and the entry hall has been extended to align with the rear wall of the kitchen. These changes allow the basement to be a perfect rectangle. Extra offsets in basement walls are costly.
