A: Good afternoon. Thanks for you inquiry. This plan can be built in Lee and Collier County. Since some of our plans cannot be built in these counties, we put this disclaimer on all of our plans. Thanks for checking and thanks for the compliment
A: Yes it can be built there. All of our designs are drawn to meet national building codes in effect at the time the plan was drawn. If your building officials go by other codes, have any unique building codes and/or require the drawings to be sealed by an architect or engineer in order to obtain a building permit, you will need to consult a local design professional for assistance with those matters. We cannot provide you with sealed drawings.
A: The overhangs are 4'6" around the main house, 2'6" at the entry, cupola 2'6" and 2' at the garage.
