If you are purchasing a BCIN number for Ontario customers, and wish to purchase the PDF, a copy per Ontario rules must be mailed as well. There is no charge for the actual copy, but shipping on the copy must be purchased.

Q: On this plan, does a square with an X mean that access to the second floor is via an attic pulldown or can this be altered for staircase access?

A: Hey there, For this plan yes, the square with the “X” does indicate that you can access the second level for storage only. Unfortunately, there is not enough space to have a regular staircase for this one. Thanks!

A: The Garage Door dimensions for plan 64833 are 12’-0’’x7’-0’’

Q: We live in Canada what size walls - 2x6?? Also access to the second floor - can a set of stairs be put in?? Can we also make it 26 wide by 20 to 22 ft deep??

A: This plan uses 2” x 6” construction and access to the upstairs is through a pull down staircase but we would be happy to quote on any modifications that you need, whether to add a set of stairs, change the width or the depth to make this plan conform to your specific needs.
