Q: I really like your design we just have on question. What is the measurement on the side over hangs? Or how far from wall to edge of over hang is that measurement. We are trying to determine what the maximum width over hang on one side to outside edge of over hang on other side. Thank you so much!

Q: I like the look of your design since I want a single car garage and a workshop area. Can you tell me the workable standing height area of the second floor. and the height at the sides. Could I put woodworking tools such as table saws etc on this second floor?

A: Good day and thank you for your interest in our plans.

The knee wall height is 2' 6" with the maximal height for the second floor space at 7'.

According to my technical staff, the floor is sturdy enough to accomodate tools, such as a table saw, that are normally used by the home owner but not industrial style equipment.
