Summarized cost report will provide approximately 70 lines of cost detail within the following home construction categories: Site Work, Foundations, Basement (if used), Exterior Shell, Special Spaces (Kitchen, Bathrooms, etc), Interior Construction, Elevators, Plumbing, Heating / AC, Electrical Systems, Appliances, Contractor Markup.

A: Good day , We don’t have pictures inside showing the ceiling, It’s not an open-beam ceiling. The living room has vaulted ceilings, Other rooms can be vaulted but we need to do modification for that. All the other rooms except the living room have a 9’ ceiling. You can add rustic beams, in the kitchen only with the construction but you can add that to the plan too.
