A: Hi there! For the garage roof there is a slight slope toward the exterior for water to drain. Also, the roof has R-40 adn 1½ rigid isolation Hope this helps!
A: The depth of the patio to the right is 25' and it is 11' wide while the balcony along the front is indeed accesible by sliding glass doors off of the master bedroom and the dining room. It is 7' wide in front of both of these rooms and 5'10" wide in front of the living room.
A: This plan is a four-season vacation home. The walls are in 2 x 6 and the floor are joists. Cabinets are in melamin.
