Q: I was wondering if the calculations for the living space on the main floor is including the area for the in house garage. If not is there anyway you can provide me with the living area not including the garage. I was to clarify this before I order the plan.

A: Good day and thank you for your interest in our plans. The living space of 1,039 square feet on the main floor does not include the 300 square feet of garage space. The sum of the two, 1,309 square feet, is the total area of the main floor. Total square footage of the entire house, including the garage and the second floor, is 2,485 square feet.
