A: Good morning, Yes, this plan can be ordered in right reading reverse for an extra $150 For the basement, we do not have an illustration for this but the layout is the same as the first level but with no divisions. The washer and dryer as well as the hot water heater and air exchanger are located in the basement. Thanks Jessica
