Plan Description
The Pocono 2
Simple and distinctive lines, a front façade just as attractive as the rear, abundant windows, a screened veranda and a very large deck; these are the exterior characteristics of this model. Inside, a well-positioned staircase allows for views of beautiful spaces all around. Whether it is the central activity area on the main level with its 9 foot ceiling or the resting areas on the upper level, each offers light, comfort and functionality. We first note a very generous service entrance with large closet. Next, an adjoining kitchen includes easy access to a screened veranda offering protection from insects and weather for peaceful enjoyment of meals with family and friends. The master bedroom is found on the main level adorned by a walk-in closet and a two-sided fireplace which is shared with the family room. A: Good day, The unfinished walkout basement is the same as the first level but with no division. The square footage is 1212 square ft in addition to the 1832. Thanks Jessica
A: Good morning, Yes, this plan can be ordered in right reading reverse for an extra $150 For the basement, we do not have an illustration for this but the layout is the same as the first level but with no divisions. The washer and dryer as well as the hot water heater and air exchanger are located in the basement. Thanks Jessica
