One-Story Traditional Home Plan with Garage-Forward Layout
This new one-story home locates all bedrooms and the laundry room behind the garage, which is very convenient when coming into the home via the door from the garage. The layout offers superb separation for the entertaining areas which offer front-to-back views and outdoor living options with the covered porches. 1/4" scale. Fully dimensioned from stud to stud for ease of framing. 2"x4" walls are standard. The detailed drawings include such things as structural header locations, framing layout and kitchen layout

1/4" scale. Dimensioned from stud to stud and drafted to the same degree of detail as the main level floor plan.
Electrical and Sections
