Plan Description

Local HVAC codes, climatic requirements and commonly used systems vary throughout the country. The direction of how water flow will enter the home vary from case to case. For this reason, it is impossible to provide universal plans.

Why isn't it included in the total living space square footage? answer: Because it’s technically considered unfinished. We provide a layout for the basement as a courtesy 3. It says there are 5 state rooms, where is state room number 1? answer: Master room 6. Looking at the picture it appears to have a 3rd level, are they just skylights that look like a 3rd level? Or is there another floor? answer: no 3rd level or other floor
