Q:In the specs it says the main ceiling height is 9 ft but the floor plan shows it as 11'1 1/8". i would prefer a 9 foot ceiling. could you clarify this, please?
A:The main floor is 9' except for the Entry, Grt Rm, Din Rm, Kitchen and Nook are 11', Master Bdrm is 11' Tray.
Q:Do you have a plan similar to this where bedroom 2 and 3 are in a finished basement? This is the exact layout I am looking for, but only want the master bedroom on the main floor.
A:Take a look at plan 97382. This was the most similar to plan 73141. 73085 is another possibility. BR #2 could be the dining room. Here are some others, but there is not a finished lower level plan. 73410, 73409, 73259.
