Plan Description
The traditional ranch home features shingle siding, stone accents and a porch framed by two wood columns to create a curb appeal that will sell. As you enter the home, you’ll love all of the natural lighting pouring in through the wall of windows in the great room directly ahead. A: Yes, it is possible to do a covered porch instead of the deck.
A: Garage doors are 9’x8’ Yes, it is open to the great room. No cabinets above sink.
A: The main floor is 9' except for the Entry, Grt Rm, Din Rm, Kitchen and Nook are 11', Master Bdrm is 11' Tray.
A: Take a look at plan 97382. This was the most similar to plan 73141. 73085 is another possibility. BR #2 could be the dining room. Here are some others, but there is not a finished lower level plan. 73410, 73409, 73259.
