A:The lower-level is 7’-9 1/2”. Garage is 10’-7 1/8”.

Q:Hello, What is the purpose of the center gable peak between bedroom 3 and 4? I see there is a window up there above the bathroom in bedroom 4 but i do not see any reason for this are to be there? I'm just wondering because the pitch of the roof there is very steep and i'm wondering if thats necessary. Thank you
A:There is no functional purpose for that window, it is strictly for aesthetics. The roof pitch is 12/12.

Q:Are you able to tell if the trusses are set for a lot of attic storage and if so where is the attic access? What is the size of the kitchen island?
A:We do not do truss layout plans so wouldn't be able to tell you exactly how much attic storage would be in the trusses. The attic access is typically in a hallway. The kitchen island is shown 4'x6'.
