A: Unfortunately, as it is now there doesn’t seem to have enough space for this. An ideal location would be stackable washer and dryer in the pantry area with the door towards the master bedroom and make the pantry area bigger towards the stairs (have another pantry area). If you are interested in having these modifications done to the plans, please call our modifications office at 800-482-0464 ex. 410 for a quote.
A: By changing this plan to a crawlspace, the stairs would be completely removed and therefore, the washer and dryer would go there.

The closet at the entrance is 39 sq. ft. and the walk in pantry, adjacent to the bathroom, is 14 sq.ft.

Our plan 76335 is a slightly larger version of 3949 which does have two bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is an en suite to the master bedroom.
