Contemporary House Plans with 3 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms
By offering a split entrance and direct access to the basement, this plan is more like a two-story house than a single-story house. Indeed, its abundant fenestration, its large side/rear terrace in the back and its exposed daylight / walkout basement make it a very luminous house. The lobby is large and offers a convenient coat closet located nearby. The good size living room receives natural light from windows located at the front and on the side of it. Moreover, an imposing fireplace located centrally, will contribute to the ambiance of the living room as well as to the kitchen / dining area. A good size dining area provides lots of natural light and direct access to the large side terrace through French doors, and is large enough to accommodate a table for 6 people.
