A: Good Afternoon, The patio would still be a patio. The front porch is a crawlspace. The great room and kitchen could possibly be a vaulted ceiling if they wanted. That would be something they would need to ask their builder or truss company to help them with. I hope this helps. Have a great day.
A: Good Afternoon, We do not have a basement with an entrance from the outside. We do have a walkout basement with the walkout in the rear of the home. I have attached an image with a view.
