Q: Is there a doorway option in place of the laundry chute? This Plan looks like doorways are extra wide....Is this design handicap accessible?
A: Good morning, The master side of the plan is ADA accessible (36") doorways for the exception of the Coat Closet and HVAC closet located in the Laundry room. All other doorways are standard 32". The laundry chut is just a pass- through opening. If the homeowner would like, it could be modified into a doorway opening to the Laundry Room.
