Q: Will you send an image showing the location of the basement staircase?

A: Unfortunately, I don't have an image showing the location of the basement stair but I have had my design team prepare the following description of how those stairs will be incorporated. The Basement Stairs will run along the wall shared currently by the garage and utility room with the top of the stairs accessed off the hallway. In the Utility Room, the washer and drying will shift towards the hall side with the counter in the middle and the broom closet on the rear wall. To accommodate the stairs the garage will be stretched to the left 4' (adding to the overall width of the home).
