Minimalist House Plan 80526 has 1,232 square feet of living space, 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. Buyers will choose this modern floor plan design because it's bright and open with excellent foot traffic flow. This small home plan is great for a small family, retired couple, or young couple who is just starting out. We call it "minimalist" because it has everything you need, and nothing that you don't. However, if you want a little more luxury, add the beautiful swimming pool that you see pictured in the back yard.

Let's take a look at the bright interior of Minimalist House Plan 80526. Firstly, we land in the open living space among the living room and kitchen. The optional vaulted ceiling rises to 13.5 feet at the center, and it makes the interior feel even more spacious. The barn doors leading into the master suite and guest room can either be closed for privacy or left open to provide great sightlines through the large 5' wide opening.
Secondly, we proceed to a spacious kitchen with ample storage. The large 9.5 foot long center island will comfortably seat up to four people. The kitchen has direct access to both the walk-in pantry and rear dining porch which can be screened in or left open. Store lesser-used items in the pantry because it measures 3'8 wide by 5' deep. Eat comfortably at a picnic bench on the back porch because it measures 14' wide by 10' deep.

Q:Is there an alternate plan for the master bathroom if you want only a bathtub or a bathtub and a shower? Also was wondering the dimensions of the current shower and could a wheelchair fit in it and could you somehow fit a bathtub in the bathroom too?
A:Good afternoon,
The shower in the primary bedroom is 42 inches wide x 80 inches long and the entrance to the shower is 38 inches wide x 36 inches long. We can add an alternate bathroom layout to the plans for $95. Thank you!
