This single-level layout gives you all the luxuries you could dream of wrapped in a beautiful modern farmhouse package. The front porch, with its stately pillars, will welcome guests to your home. It is also the perfect place to hang lots of colorful baskets of flowers in the summer. With a couple of comfortable chairs, this is a front porch where you can enjoy afternoon coffee with the neighbors. This rear porch gives you similar styling, only with more privacy. It is the perfect place to line up lounge chairs for relaxing evenings staring out over the starlit fields behind your home. And, there is plenty of room here for a grill and everything else you need to put together summertime extravaganzas! Inside, the home will keep you cozy over the winter. These single level floor plans allow for a spacious open floor plan that places the kitchen, living and dining area all in one spot. Building Sections
Building sections show changes in floor, ceiling, or roof height, and the relationship of one level to another. Our section pages also show how the stairs are calculated (if there are some) and depict roof and foundation members. We try and draw sections to show the most useful information — choosing locations where there are elements you or your contractor might need clarification on.
