SCHEMATIC ELECTRICAL LAYOUT is included unless the plan employs exterior log wall construction.

A: Hello, our heated/cooled space is measured from outside of stud to outside of stud.
A: Good morning, thank you for your interest in our home plan. We can convert the plans to 2x6 exterior framing for $250. This usually requires a couple days turn around.
A: There are 18 windows in this house. Here is a breakdown on the different sizes of windows. Master Suite there are 2 windows the size is 3070 Dining Room there are 6 windows the size is 2870 Garage there are 2 windows the size is 3060 There are 8 other windows in the house and the size is 2860
A: What is the ceiling height on the main level? Ceiling Main: 10 Lower level? Lower Ceiling: 9
A: The ceiling height is the same as the main floor which is 10Ft. Now this will mater on the site grade it could be different.
