Optional walkout style basement (three walls masonry with a wood framed rear wall with notes for the builder to locate the windows and doors) and optional full basement foundation available if the plan allows, at an additional cost.
FLOOR PLANS Each home plan includes the floor plan showing the dimensioned locations of walls, doors, and windows as well as a schematic electrical layout (not available for log homes).
SET OF ELEVATIONS All plans include the exterior elevations (front, rear, right and left) that show and describe the finished materials of the house.
MISCELLANEOUS DETAILS These are included for many interior and exterior conditions that require more specific information for their construction.
ROOF OVERVIEW PLAN This is a "bird's eye" view showing the roof slopes, ridges, valleys and any saddles.
SCHEMATIC ELECTRICAL LAYOUT is included unless the plan employs exterior log wall construction.

Q:The note on the plan says Timber Beams, are these exposed to? Could the timbers be hidden?
A:Hello, thank you for your interest in our home plan. The “timber beams” are only for looks, they are false beams that are seen. The structural beam is above the ceiling not seen.
Q:Is the ceiling in the bonus room 10'? Can I easily switch out the stone for brick?
A:The ceiling upstairs are 8’ and yes stone can be swapped out for brick

Q:I wanted to inquire if there is a version of this plan at a smaller square footage. I found that plan #82234 is very similar, but slightly larger. I also liked the modifications done to #82234 in regard to the; Study, Master Bath, and Half Bath/Laundry. I do feel those modifications could be easily adapted to this plan #82297. Thanks for the assistance.
A:82230 and 82163. These are smaller sq ft with similar exterior and/or interior layouts.
Q:Is a basement rendering available?
A:We do not have a rear rendering as this is an optional foundation. We do supply an unfinished basement; as to not assume what the homeowner will use that space for. We have a note that reads: Window and door placement to be determined by owner/ builder.
We’re unsure of how much light or living space will be used; therefore we must be universal and allow the homeowner/ builder to decide what windows and doors will be used.
