This traditional, rustic style home is featured in the exclusive Michael E. Nelson collection. Exterior materials such as brick, cedar shake siding, and timber posts all add to create a look of rustic elegance. Inside you will find an open layout concept for the Great Room and Kitchen. MISCELLANEOUS DETAILS These are included for many interior and exterior conditions that require more specific information for their construction.
ROOF OVERVIEW PLAN This is a "bird's eye" view showing the roof slopes, ridges, valleys and any saddles.

Q:Do plans come with plumbing diagram and cabinet specs?
A:Good morning,
Since we are a national company, we do not provide plumbing plans due to EPA regulations varying so much state to state. We do call out where every plumbed fixture is to be located on the floorplan, so your plumber will use what is provided to create their own plumbing plans.
Since cabinets are considered to be a finish and not a structural component of the home, we do not provide cabinet specs. Your cabinet supplier will have the capability to create you 3D layouts as needed.

A:We have many different versions of this plan available. However, at this point, one with that particular bedroom eliminated is not one of the options. This is certainly something that can be modified, though.
