Previous Q & A
Q:Hello, would there be a delay on receiving the PDF with standard foundation?
A:If no options are chosen, plan files should be sent within the 24-48 hour window.
Q:Can you tell me the height of the peak in the living room?
A:The height of the vault depends on the building materials they use and the pitch of the vault they decide to use, we do not call this out.
It can go within a few feet of the ridge height which is 18’8”. Hope this helps.
Q:Where do the water heater and hvac unit go in this plan?
A:We do like to recommend tankless water heater units which can be
Mounted on a wall (in a closet, laundry room or garage)
sizes vary depending on the brand.
Depending on the building code and homeowner desire the
water heater can go in the attic but many folks do not want there
for fear of a water issue – condensation line overflow; (not a problem
if the unit is cleaned and serviced as it should be)
the HVAC can most always go in the attic there again depending on the
home location and building code.
Q:I love everything about this house. However, the back of my property has an incredible view. Is there a similar plan that puts the great room, kitchen or master bedroom at the rear of the house?
A:We do not currently have a plan similar to this one with those 3 rooms in the rear, but most likely could be achieved through the modification process.
Q:How high is vaulted ceiling in the living room and master bedroom?
A:Approximately 15 feet depending on builder preference
Q:Can you please tell me the celing heights for this plan 82343. Thanks. Byron
A:All ceilings in this plan are 8’ except the great room and master, those ceilings are vaulted
