Barndominium Style House Plan

This new barndominium plan is not only efficient, but also affordable. With the plan being 1587 square feet, it is the perfect size for a small family, couple, or even one who wants the additional space without there being too much to deal with. As soon as you walk up to the home, you are greeted with a covered patio and cathedral ceilings. Step inside to see a large space for the kitchen, great room, and dining room, an open floor plan that allows the space to feel much bigger than it is.

As you continue throughout the plan, you can find a mud room, as well as two bedrooms, the master including a walk-in closet with access to the laundry room. Both bathrooms also have double vanities, which makes this space great for having guests over and remaining close without becoming claustrophobic.

The backyard also includes a covered porch for enjoying the views and relaxing after a long day. This plan is great for those who want the barndominium style while staying on budget.

Each set of home plans that we offer will provide you with the necessary information to build the home. There may be some adjustments necessary to the home plans or garage plans in order to comply with your state or county building codes. Our blueprints include:

Cover Sheet: Shows the front elevation and typical notes and requirements.

Exterior Elevations: Shows the front, rear and sides of the home including exterior materials, details and measurements.

Floor Plans: Shows the placement of walls and the dimensions for rooms, doors, windows, stairways, etc. for each floor.

Electrical Plans: Shows the location of outlets, fixtures and switches. They are shown as a separate sheet to make the floor plans more legible. Detached garage plans may not include an electrical plan. Please call to verify.

Foundation Plans: will include a basement, crawlspace or slab depending on what is available for that home plan. (Please refer to the home plan's details sheet to see what foundation options are available for a specific home plan.) The foundation plan details the layout and construction of the foundation.
