A: Near the mechanical room, the large dotted portion shows the garage foundation up above on the main level (slab on grade), the smaller portion indicate the slab entry on the main level. On the other end on the unfinished basement side, the dotted line shows the deck cantilevered above.

A: Hello, The lower patio is 40' wide and 9' deep from the french doors. The main deck is 40' wide and 11' deep from the french doors with an additional 2' bump out on the right side. The bedroom balcony is 12' wide x 5' deep. The size can be increased with a modification request. Thank you! Amanda
